1: A delicate and clean toothbrush 

2:Fresh nectar 

3: Toothpaste e.g Colgate or Oral B 

4: Sugar 

These are the main materials required.

Stage 1: pour a touch measure of toothpaste into an unfilled holder 

Step 2:Apply a touch measure of nectar in a similar holder of toothpaste 

Stage 3: Apply a touch measure of sugar in a similar holder 

Step 4:mix these three materials altogether until they become appropriately blended 

Step 5:Apply these blend on your delicate toothbrush and scour your lips with it tenderly for around two minutes. 

Stage 6: After scouring, permit the blend to get dried all the rage (this may take up to about an additional two minutes) 

Step 7:wipe lips with clean wet dress

English Premier League Resumption Update.

Premier League wants season back by June 8 with 'Project Restart' proposing how to resume football amid coronavirus pandemic. It is know that this is one of many ideas under consideration, with the 20 clubs due to convene again by conference call this week.
